Just wanted to know what the requirements for Power+ is?
I think there is an official thread but I can't find it.

There are no requirements, it's strictly up to Philly.
You should have met those items when contacting him, but you don't have to have them.

Yeah, he sometimes declines people who have met those 'requirements' and sometimes he approves of people not meeting the requirements.
I remember someone said something about me being new and having Power+ and I said I didn't meet the requirements but got it via Philly's contest to which Philly responded
"You 100% meet the requirements, and if anyone has a problem with it the door is there"
or something of that nature.

In the end it's entirely up to him, I think he just put those 'requirements' so that a bunch of new people didn't buy all the upgrades right after joining the site.
