So I made a canadian pp even though I'm not canadian, and I was wondering if I didnt put a card on it, will it still let me send and recieve money?

No, I have been using one for awhile. Sometimes if you try to send money, It wont let you, Just give paypal a call and they will solve the problem.

I'm Canadian and I have an unverified PP with no card on it or anything. I can send/receive money with no problems whatsoever.
