I think the permissions on the Premium Market forum need to be changed because it looks like regular non-upgraded members can post sales threads.

2. ForumKorner will not be held accountable for any scams that could take place when dealing.
3. Create a scam report in the Scammers Bay if you are scammed. Provide evidence.
4. This section is for upgrade users only. User may sell anything that abides by the rules here.
I'm not singling that user out it's just an example as to how a regular member can post in the Premium Market.
I'm suggesting that they be changed so only upgraded members can post there.
