Prepaid Paypal Card

Well I am receiving one for one of my tags and I was wondering what your opinions are on it. Can you chargeback? Are they reliable? Will they limit you? So many questions but I need to know this NOW! As we will be dealing frankly soon.

I have one for my personal account, and I have one for my business account. There is nothing wrong with them, and they come in handy. the absolute only downfall that I could possibly say is the fact that you cannot withdraw money for free from anywhere, there is always a fee from what I have noticed.

No it's like moneypak I think. I was told you put in however much $ you want to put in. Then after you put it into your paypal.

Does it work almost like a debit card? So basically this person would have to send it to me to my address or is it like a code or something.
