I have watched the video and this is indeed an advertisement. It's nice and it COULD have been better if you used an intro and some effects.

I am willing to do this for you, but you will need to get me "the gameplay". Not sure if I'll do this free. =p

Its a decent trailer but could be improved so much.

Showcase whats different about your servers ( web client, custom items, duel-arena ANYTHING and focus of them for a while)
Sync music with the video / text, draws the reader
Make a intro for your trailer
Showcase your website, it looks pretty good
Basically copy what the successful private servers have done in their videos, also at the end put a link IN the video to your website
