lettuce
spinach
mayo

extras sometimes:
cucumber
olives
turkey
chipotle sauce

I also mess around and get different stuff all the time, but this is my staple.

usa subways are so unhealthyyy omg, I just get bread (wholegrain) , meat of the day, and then all the veges, salt and pepper. Never get sauce cos 2muchfat
