This might be a bit late, but some preworkouts will definately make you nauseous if it has too much of caffiene in them (or make sure you aren't taking too much, usually it has a label on the back that tells you how much you should take for the certain workout). If you're just starting to work out, I recommend something lighter such as Gold Standard, and if it isn't enough get something stronger. Also try and get creatine, they should sell some at any vitamin store.
