And typically, no i wouldn't do that. 3 more levels in 99 would cause me to have to:
1) invest in membership again. -$4.99 (Or whatever membership is nowadays)
1B) Stay nonmembers and sore out the negatives of non-membership alching, which there aren't really any other than some alchable members items? TBH i'd probably just stay nonmembs anyways, but just saying!
2) Spend a week getting the gold for it (seeing as i dont play rs and have NO GOLD)

3) spend the week alching it, or risk botting it which i cba' to go back to botting on runescape on a acc i just want to sell
4)resell or waste what gold I have left, making the profit of what I just spent my time on NEGATIVE, or just leave the gold on the account, still making the outcome slightly less.
And what was this all for? Just 3 levels? And a pretty looking 99? Theres no difference between 99 mage and 96 mage other than the skillcape (and the max cape, if you HONESTLY wanted to waste your time after buying the account getting it?)
Get my drift? If its honestly worth not even $20, as i said, then im keeping it even if it has to just sit there and rot.
