I can't keep giving out free "130% your money for free" coupons to everyone. If I lose your money, I have to pay it back. I can't be paying back users $200 out of my own pocket if I lose.

I don't want to fall into the pit of "losing someone's money and they feel bad". I think $10 is a good maximum for now.

For now I think I'll do it once a user per week, if that's cool.
