I think we should change the way Private Inquires work.
This is how I think it should go, it would cause a lot less PM's with the administrators.
1) You post your question in the Private Inquires.
2) Staff answers. If staff cannot answer, they move it to a forum where only Admin's can see. So the question will be "elevated" up the team.
Basically, Admins cannot see the normal Private Inquires, so they won't even be bothered by questions they don't need to see. Staff can move threads to the Elevated Private Inquires, and that is for Admins to answer, that normal staff cannot.
Just a thought. Let me know what you think, I am mainly looking towards staff's opinions.

I personally think the way we have it right now is fine.

Staff didn't look at my PI, so I'd say this is a moot point.

I think private inquiries should have a special kind of alert for admins, so they get looked at quicker. Not regular alerts, a Private Inquiry alert or something. But I disagree with this suggestion.

We don't user our whole day looking at private inquiries. We do what we can.

There is no point in this suggestion, the whole team contribute to private inquiries and it is fine at the moment.
