A zero-day (or zero-hour or day zero) attack or threat is a computer threat that tries to exploit computer application vulnerabilities that are unknown to others or the software developer. Zero-day exploits (actual software that uses a security hole to carry out an attack) are used or shared by attackers before the developer of the target software knows about the vulnerability.iolaka said:1) Not a 0 day

Still an unrelated vid + it's not a 0day, no matter what the definition is, because that means I have over 100 0days then.slack3r said:A zero-day (or zero-hour or day zero) attack or threat is a computer threat that tries to exploit computer application vulnerabilities that are unknown to others or the software developer. The term derives from the age of the exploit. A "zero day" attack occurs on or before the first or "zeroth" day of developer awareness, meaning the developer has not had any opportunity to distribute a security fix to users of the software
Please lets not turn my thread into a discussion on what a zero day is. If you have wrote an exploit for a software and it is totally yours and unreleased then yes you have 100 0 days (it doesnt matter if you wrote that exploit 10 years ago if its not released & more importantly its not released to the author of that software then its a 0 day untill the 2nd day of release.)iolaka said:Still an unrelated vid + it's not a 0day, no matter what the definition is, because that means I have over 100 0days then.
