@Shift seems to be expert,

need an appraisal on one of these,
TH10 literally everything maxed(all levels,troops,spells, builder 5/5 ect.)

40% of walls level 11
rest are level 10

450 is a good price since it is almost fully maxed but the CoC market is a bit dry right now with prices.

When maxed TH10 accounts were rare they would go up to 1,000.
