I don't know if this is in the proper section so dont rage at me.

For some reason I'm unable to post in the "social mediums" section of the black market. Is there any reason why this is happening?

Why do you have 0 post, if you just made a thread?
 
You need to get 25 posts before being eligible to post in those sections.
You also need 25 posts to PM someone.
When you hit 25 posts, PM Philly and he will activate you.​
 
Why arn't his posts showing up though?
