The key to successful push-ups do ten push-up without breathing after ten continue except this time take a breathe every three push-ups this method helped me get to 134 straight push-ups and I weigh around 150-160 lbs

Very interesting and new thing for me. I should try it and share what i feel after doing that .
I think it's good idea indeed and we need to try these things practically.
