Put a Limit on Guests

I feel that guests should be limited even more to an extent. Everyday that I log in to the forums, I see that it's inactivity has been progressing slowly but surely. When I look at the members on the site, it's at around 100 people all of the time, but I come to realize that about 70% or more of the members that are logged in come to be guests. I feel that there should be more limits on guests causing them to register and keeping the forums more active, also tempting the guests to stay longer.

I honestly don't really know what limits are on guests, I am always logged in while i surf Runegear, but if there hasn't been a limit, I feel that guests should be able to view a maximum of 10 threads, and disable them from viewing Runescape Dump Section, because I noticed a guest was on my thread while viewing a dump I did.

Hopefully with this proposal you agree with my suggestion, as it will boost forum activity and the average user's stay will progress as the quality of the forums comes with the quantity of the members in it. I notice on a lot of website, the members online trumps the guests, but on Runegear, it's the exact opposite.

I don't think there should be a limit on guests; but have the boards they can look at limited to the lobby or something like that.

I don't mean kick quests off completely from viewing the forums, if that's what you are thinking. I mean to limit the guests free-roaming the forums without having to register or post a simple 'nice job' or 'congratulations man!', it keeps the forums inactive that way.
