I wouldnt need questing but if u wanna level for me, then we'll talk. I can pay you very generously to get me from lvl 92 str to 99. Or from 92 mage to 94 mage. I simply dont feel like it.
I don't do leveling. Since botting stopped, some people went back to playing legit and they really don't mind doing quests so I guess people wouldn't be interested.
