Question about Middle Manning.

I want to become a middle man mainly because I am always bored. So I figure why not be bored and helpful at the same time. So my question is can anyone be a MM? I read the requirements but they seemed fucking ridiculous so I checked out the other threads and they didnt meet the requirements so now I'm confused lol.
