Question about Modified Rep.

Seriously, this doesn't bother me as much, but someone modified my rep w/ the messgae "user needs help"

The fuck is that? I'm new, why do I get a negative modification? I'm jw cause I've seen in on other people's accounts.
It's really not a big deal but it just gets under my skin.

This thread is a few days old but ill just answer this question. Upgraded or not users have the ability to change your rep for the positive or negative. It is usually based on your actions on the forums or as a joke. All in all, users that are upgraded have the ability to give you positive or negative rep whether you are upgraded or not.
