Question About Opening Closed Threads

Alright. So let me start off by pointing out that I am Onyx. So in the upgrade page, under onyx, it specifically states: Ability to open and close own threads. However, there is no button for me.
Is this normal?

Talk to a staff about it or something
 
Must be an error on the upgrade page, opening is only available to power. Also if staff closes your thread, you cannot open it. You can only reopen a thread, if you are the one that closes it.
 
I believe you must be Power or Power+ to have the ability to Re-open a closed thread, I might be mistaken though.
