So guys says if I got sent $20 to my PayPal then I spent the money, then they tried to chargeback , will anything happen ?

Fuck no, unless you've got a legitimate CC on your account. You just lost $20.00 on your bank account.

Your account will lose $20, and if the current balance is $0 since you spent the $20, then it goes to -$20. You won't get charged unless you have a real bank or CC hooked up to your account
