Question about PayPal's negative balance

I am -$8.59 and it's the end of the month. I need to know when do they send out the letters? I already lied to my parents and said I need $9 on the CC to buy a map pack on COD but it never went through So when they see the letter, I'm going to be forced to say "I already bought it on the 28th, but since I didn't have enough I became negative. I already paid it though, so don't worry about it." But when do they make the mailing list? How long do I have til' they mail me something? I'm going to be fucked if I receive a letter.

Not even sure if they mail something when your negative. Either they will put you in collections and non-stop call your house asking for money, or you will stay negative untill its paid off.

I was negative for a while dude its only like 9$ if it was much higher than you would get a letter straigh away.. They will let this 1 lie for a while until you pay it off

idk but about 4-5 months ago i had a paypal my friend gave me that was -500 and just recently i signed onto it and it was at 0.00

It's normally 3-6 months of not paying it is when letters get sent, and you start getting phone calls. You should be just fine.

^ thats why you take all payments as good with virtual item note. If they pay with fake PP or VPN add tracking and You win all disputes bwahahah. Any other kind is negated by the fact that its a virtual item

Paypal is really dumb about chargebacks, I sold something and the idiot charged me back for $34.50. After calling in, Paypal essentially told me "We know you sold it to him and he got it, but we're going to make you pay the negative balance anyways."
