[Question] About redeeming Skype voucher code

So for some reason I am not able to redeem my Skype Premium voucher code. I get an error and it doesn't redeem. I have tried multiple codes and none of them work.

If it helps, the account used to be in AU currency but I already changed it.

I do have a US account. The currency was in AU but I changed it. Also, the codes are universal. So you can redeem them in any country.
