Do users that post questions unrelated to the site under the "site related discussion" area recieve a warning?
I think they should, because the post is in the incorrect section and no discipline of these actions leads to more members misusing the section.
It seems the rules of the "Questions and Suggestions" area are not clear to a lot of users, and I believe I myself have misused the section before I had gone over the rules of the section.
