Question on Appraisal Section

Ok so i have been watching the 'Appraisal Section' for some time now, And i see that people post appraisals for Tags they don't even own nor know who does. i never understood that. Like why. You don't own it. You don't know who does. Like this one thread. I remember this kid wanted an Appraisal on GT LOL. Like the tag doesn't even exist, Let alone if it did, He wouldn't have it. So whats the point in asking how much is something worth if you don't have it. I mean i understand people will post shit because they're about to buy something but don't know if it's worth it, But still i mean even if your not buying.

For also like a tag they want pr want to trade for. Like for example, Prism wanted to trade Clicker for quietly and i put it in the appraisal section.To see what people thought about the tag Clicker

Yea i understand that. But i mean like tags that don't even exist or are on fresh silvers with an unknown owner, Like come on.
