No you dont get fee's if you send as a gift, Well, Then dont, Depending on the amount your sending you may be liable to take the fees for the other person,

Yes, it has a fee. A small one, but it does. (I think).

It does, but not every time. I don't know for sure what causes it, but i once sent a payment of around $30 or less and it charged me an extra ...say... $0.50? I did about a dozen other payments for $5-30 also, though, and none of them charged anything. So idk.

I just recently bought something, and I didn't have the option to choose 'Gift.' It also required a $0.77 fee for a $12 payment -_-.

Gift isn't an option because it is not suppose to be for buying goods.. it is suppose to be for just what it says giving someone a gift
