Yes, you can sell them.
You will not get more than 1:1.

Yes you can sell koinz on site they are supposed to be $1 for 1 koin but idk how much 1 koinz is now maybe like .50

Yes, you're able to sell them in the koin exchange korner. Usually 1:1 ratio but people sell them in loads. Like 25 koins for $18 PayPal
