[Question] What should I do about this?

Hi fellow FK users, I have a little issue where the Exclusive Content code that came with my copy of the Day One Edition of Forza Horizon 2 has already been used, I've double checked that I've entered the code correctly and it's most definitely correct, the game has been perfectly sealed up until Christmas Day when I obviously opened it. What can I do about this? I don't really think Microsoft/Xbox Support will believe me as they'll probably just jump to the assumption of "Oh this person is obviously trying to gain this content for free". Help on this subject will be highly appreciated as I'm kind of pee'd off that I'm not getting the Exclusive Vehicle that my parents got the Day One Edition for!

Contact MS or the developers. They should be able to tell if and when the code was used. If it's faulty they will give you a new one.

Is there a special page for faulty codes on www.xbox.co.uk or not?
