How can i find a username if i have all these details?

i also have total level ect.

Just look for the account in the highscores if you have the exact amout of exp.

Still can't find it with that information.

It's tedious but can be done, simply a matter of trial and error.
Search the skills via rank in highscores and look at what the xp comes to.. keep doing this and you'll eventually find the exact exp for the skill. It's kind of like the 'higher and lower' number guessing game
