Well after seeing the Sean Taylor scam report i have checked over a few threads within the gamertag section. I want to buy a gamertag but it's obvious that even the most legit can/could scam.

Has anyone ever dealt with Chill? If so please provide me with some feedback on how it went. I don't feel like being the next person to make a report. Adios!

I was going to deal with him soon actually, he offered to MM for me a while ago when I was still brand new but our time difference was an issue, I ended up dealing without him but I actually regret it, the guy was new on FK as well and selling some insane tags, it went good and no one was scammed but still, seeing chill as he is today and knowing he offered to MM but I wouldn't wait makes me a bit angry at myself, also relieved. (He wasn't a mod at all, not even an official MM, he was on his road to becoming one and I think the very next day or 2 days later I saw his vouch thread and he became one or something). I'd trust him, also kind of crazy, I went first with Sean in december for a good amount of money and the story was crazy on my part, if you'd like the rest just PM me, don't want to post boost or anything haha, good luck though.

If you don't feel comfortable going first w/ him, you can always use Philly as MM

It can also pay to use the "search" feature. If you need, just look up anything you'd like to know. Check if the user has a vouch thread, and for successful deals on threads. You'll get the same result as you will from people posting here.

Sure, well the deal was a couple hundred for a sick tag he had, I heard he was Legit and all and I wanted to use a MM but he kept telling me he's an official MM on FK and all, all his threads said he was very legit and how they went first so I said, alright, i'll go first, PP right? He said yes, but you must send as GIFT and include a note saying you won't charge back or anything. I found it a bit odd and was extremely suspicious but he eventually said look, I have another offer, if you're not buying then quit wasting my team, mind you the gamertag was sick and I had already got rid of some stuff for the money, nothing interested me as much as it at the time so I agreed and sent the money, he received it and was all good, at that moment two things made the whole deal worse. He told me, alright, I'm gonna shower and then i'll change the email and pass. Secondly, my girlfriend called and told me we had to take a train to NY (20-30 min away depending on the boarding time), I told sean I'd be on as soon as I got to NY and he replied OK?. At the station I'm shitting bricks thinking I screwed myself over, 30 mins later, I get in NY, my 3G isn't up yet so I walk over to Nathan's and get some food, when I get there I connect to aim and see that he still hasn't replied, I think to myself, I'm screwed and just eat a bit but the nerves wouldn't let me, I spam him for a good 10-15 minutes, 5 minutes later I get an IM saying I just got out the shower. He sent me the info and I tried to sign in, 3G wouldn't connect, after a bit of trying it eventually tells me the info is incorrect, I tell him, he says it's not and I ask him to reset it, he does, still can't get on, I then copy and paste everything and FINALLY get on, I secured the account within like 10 minutes of maxing out alts and all, it went legit. For the first week everyday I was nervous when I saw the loading sign for xbox, I thought it'd just tell me it's been recovered but I never had a problem. I couldn't swap the tag because it has a v1 which made it even more nerve wrecking, a few weeks later we dealt again, went first again, smooth. Pretty long read but good luck dude.

That wait, i can totally relate to that. Well it's good to see everything went well. I have no idea what a "V1" is, you bought a gamertag from Chill instead of Sean Taylor?

I just judge people on how much they have invested into the site in comparison to the deal as well as the users activity on the forum. Only when you get a positive answer to all these questions do I deem it safe to deal. Alway use a MM and take a good look at their vouch page.

So in this case i should have no problems? I've also heard there is a large sum of money missing from Chill's bank account which was put into the site.

No I bought the tag from Sean, I just can't believe he scammed, he was legit with me even though the whole thing was intense, a v1 is a gamertag from the original xbox, like Avenge, lets say I bought A v e n g e and AVENGE was still taken by xbox, I wouldn't be able to swap the tag (Aka securing it even further)

I'm saying I was planning on dealing with him soon but that he was very legit around the time we first talked, I regret not using him as a Middleman, like others said, middleman always make the deal safer, I used Philly and felt extremely comfortable, didn't even ask how the process was going, just waited, but chill was legit since the day we talked and he's only progressed.
