Really can't see you selling the accounts yet for much, if anything. The site isn't well known at the moment.

As far as invites, I saw someone just giving them away the other day, so don't really see those going for anything either.

Unfortunately I don't think Ello will ever gain any ground. It's a new thing that people are trying, but on average, after a couple of days people are leaving as there's no real reason for them to be there (their friends are still over at Facebook).
