anyone know a site where I can get free prepaid cards, I'm trying to add a prepaid card to my paypal account so I can purchase something, does anyone have one or know a site, the card can be empty.

I honk you're talking about My Cash Cards and you have to be verified to put them on your account. I'm verified but my mom put the wrong DOB so it doesn't go through and @/Voices redeemed it for me during a deal. I didn't @ him because he knows about it and doesn't need an alert

I have money on my paypal account but it wont lemme purchase items unless I have either a card or bank linked to my paypal account, basically is what I'm saying is I need either.
