Requirements: No more then 10k, and this method works best when you have completed rfd, still works with a couple sub-quests, but for maximum profit complete RFD.
1. Go to the Culinaromancer's Chest under the lumbridge caste kitchen. Withdraw your money and keep buying chocolate bars until they sell out in the chest.
2. sell on g.e for minimum or as much as you think you can get.
3. do this once a day. RINSE AND REPEAT!
PROFIT:
say you bought 300 bars at 20gp each
TOTAL cost:6000gp
Sold at minimum:300 x 352 (minimum price on this given day)
Total profit:99600gp
People overlook these kinds of methods but they add up in the long run and
It doesn't take much time. For this method 300 chocolate bars should take no more then 6 minutes.
Do this every day in 10 days you will make a million gp roughly
