I tried that didn't work for me figured some on here would know haha

You login to your Facebook and click your applications setting and click remove application permissions for instagram

i believe he meant someone else's facebook is linked
you need to link yours

I have my facebook linked, did as you said @"Louis Vuitton" but it still shows linked via instagram

Maybe its a glitch? On settings go on linked accounts and uncheck facebook.?

I just made a new one, linked it and then it gave me a option to unlink it so I did
