I needed to verify it but I don't have a credit card or bank account.
Is there a way I can verify it?
& also will a moneymak verify it?

I think there are some sites where you can get a prepaid card for free online and it has no money on it but it still may verify your paypal. Not 100% sure though.

No dude. You can get a prepaid card though and verify it that way.

Buy a prepaid card, or buy an empty VCC for something like 5$
