Ok, so I donated $10 just now and I was wondering what do I do next? When do you get the award and stuff?
Do I need to contact Philly or anybody for anything for proof?
 
Just wait for Philly to get online if he isn't already, and he will sort it out.
 
If you wrote your name down in the notes then you'll have nothing to worry about. If it goes wrong, you can provide your Transaction ID and payment information.
