How do you delete your PMs mine are full and I need more space.!

How do you delete your PMs mine are full and I need more space.!

If I can recall I'm pretty sure you check each PM, delete them then you go into deleted items and you check them all once again then delete again and they should all be gone. I suggest purchasing an upgrade like Onyx if you'd like more space though.
