Quick/Small amount of $$$? - UB3R

Recently, I was just accepted into being illegible for the UB3R upgrade benefits on HackForums...although, the PayPal account that has my $$$ on it is limited, so I've opened up a new one and am requesting if any of you know some methods onto quick money making...I'm only requiring a small amount ($23) so please note the amount of time it might approx. take to obtain this sum of money on a PayPal account.

Any recommended monetizing methods or sites that are legit? Thanks!

You can try MinuteWorkers, people put a job that needs to be done and you get paid for it. Many of the jobs right now are download a file from a survey site, you can get paid like $1 for each one.

huge thanks to @"Gogeta" as he made things a lot easierc with a simple donation, was not what I was expecting! , now all I require is $1 on my PayPal which should not be too hard to acquire from a monetizing site.
