Quick Strawberry Sorbet

Strawberry sorbet fast ... This recipe is ideal to revitalize any time of day. With a caloric intake of 131 kcal / serving.
ingredients:
• 500 g strawberries
Natural fat yogurt • 2
• Sweeteners
• 1 lemon (grated skin)
• Fresh mint leaves
preparation:
Wash the spawn, remove the green stalk and put in the freezer for at least three hours.
Once frozen, arrange them in the bowl of a blender, add the natural fat yogurt, sweetener to gustoy the grated peel of half a lemon. Beat until smooth.
Divide the sorbet into individual glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves. You can also add some halved strawberries. This recipe is delicious when served very cold.
