Another skid gloating about theft. If you know someone's about to swap a tag and you intentionally load that tag into your turbo program, that's theft. You had intent to take something that didn't belong to you. Sugarcoat it any way you want, like the other faggots on here that the other skids stick up for, but it's theft to the majority of the community.
