[R] Any decent Banner Makers?

I was just wondering if any of you are decent at making banners?

I'm only looking for a simple one for my Twitch Account (Recommended size 900 by 480) as I'm completely useless at making them.

I was just wondering whether any of you could hook me up and design a simple banner for me?
