Listen you do not have the Donator award therefore you not eligible for the upgrade. Whether you did or did not is irrelevant tbh, because you do not have the Donator award, therefore you are not able to be a Power member regardless of whether you buy it once, twice, three times, one hundred times I honestly don't care... If you do not have the Donator award and Onyx you cannot and will not have Power membership. It is too simple to check payment for the upgrade via supplying me with your PayPal email connected to the account you used to pay, however again that is still pointless because you do not have Onyx AND Donator which means you are ineligible for the Power upgrade so until Donator is purchased the upgrade cannot and will not be added for any reason.
Last but not least if you ever have an upgrade related issue sending me a PM.
EDIT: I am getting the impressions that you have been banned and recently were unbanned via a pardon or something. Keep in mind that you are usually stripped of your upgrades or absolutely anything/everything else we choose to take from your account upon being unbanned and by signing into your account you agree that this is acceptable. If this is the case you must re-buy anything you want as it will not be added back for any reason. I know that I did not unban you as there is a process to which you get unbanned and notes are added to your profile for situations like this, and there is no notes, which also leads me to believe that your pardon if you even made one didn't go through proper processing in the first place.
