Tell her that you will help her around the house, or do some extra chores.
Don't nag her about it, because then you're just going to piss her off.
Try and keep it on the down low, as if you don't need it too bad, but you really do.

What ever you do don't do it your self, you'll have a terrible scar or something. Something always go wrong by self piercingsc, I pierced my ear and messed up. Have a trusted friend do it atleast.

In all Seriousness? Your mother still thinks of you as her little baby. She doesn't want to let go of you ----_---- I would say "Mum, there are plenty of worse things than this. I could get into drugs, which i have been offered, but i have said no because i have always thought that life was worth living for.
