This is to help people post in the correct section.

Although this section is RuneScape General Discussion, that does not mean every thread about RuneScape should go in here.
Most of you probably know this information, but people still post things here that belong in other sections.
There are 5 other sections for RuneScape related topics, and I'd like you all to realize this and know where to post what.
The 5 other sections are: Show-Off / Achievements, PKing, RuneScape Guides & Tutorials, RuneScape Botting Discussion, and RuneScape Private Servers.
Here are descriptions and some examples of what to post in each section.
The descriptions and images I used can be found here, under the RuneScape tab.

Show-Off / Achievements
Post your achievements and show off your progress logs here.
Examples:

PKing
A dedicated section to the PKers of RuneScape. Discuss techniques, gear, methods and other factors of PKing.

RuneScape Private Servers

And I've also seen several people posting threads that belong in the Marketplace.
If you are buying something, post it in the Buyers Section. If you are selling something, post it in the Sellers Section. If you are asking how much an account is worth, post it in the Marketplace Lobby.
Any other thread that is about RuneScape should go in RuneScape General Discussion.

It's not that they don't know of these other sections, it's just they don't care, they're lazy, or they truly think that's where it belongs.

Good guide none the less.

Yes I made this guide mainly for new members.

Thanks for the pointers Life, I will keep this in mind when posting threads.
