In terms of price, nope. Visual appearance, yes.

I'm debating as to whether I should sell it for real money, or sell it for gold and then sell the gold.

lol. Divine is waaaay better then Elysian cause Divine ALWAYS blocks 30 % of the damage, while Elysian has only a 70 % chance to recude the damage by 25 %.

Divine > Elysian

Keep it, seeing how I've heard the street price is rising. Didn't Mog Time say it was 1.3b street price?
