Kind of annoyed because I got rep-killed over on HF because I repped user "Kiyo" (i.e. @/Brennan) a +0 for scamming me HERE about a month ago now. I linked it in the rating and all that.

Apparently I "violated the rules by posting about a competing forum" which just seems like utter nonsense (read the rules and I can't find anything anything else atm) Not only did this guy scam me, but I got penalized for it. My rep has been reset, I can't use my signature for a month, and I'll have a warning on my account for the next two. He also got the rep removed.
It's cool though because you can still pay for shitty upgrades to keep people like Omniscient there, who must care more about an ill-defined rule (really? A "competing forum?" what a joke), then weeding out a scammer who will potentially do it again. People abuse their rep on HF all the time, yet I post a legitimate rating and get in trouble?
Sorry, just wanted to get that out there. If someone can clarify what other rules I might have broken, I'd be more than willing to retract anything I've said. Also, if posting about HF here is against the rules then fuck me, because that seems like a dumb reason to get a consequence.
