He bumped a thread that was over a month old and made by a banned user. And he did it again on a different thread 2 minutes later. I just couldn't take it anymore and finally -repped him. Then he PMed me with some lame excuse about how he didn't know he was banned. He said he was from HF and it's different. I'm from HF too, and banned users look the exact same there as they do here. That just made me even more mad.

I know I most definitely didn't -rep him because of someone else, and I'm sure other people didn't either.
