Recovering [Help Needed]

Hey, I've been trying to recover an old account over the past few days and now need some assistance on finishing off.
I have the passwords etc right, it's just the creation details that are wrong. Apparently it's an '01 account but i've tried every month and none are working.
I have the correct ISP as well I believe, so idk what it can be.

Can anyone help me?

Do you know what country it was made in? Try using a proxy from that country when you submit an appeal.
