I was not notified it was a refund service as he didnt state it was , when I place my order he did not say it was one @Mortal

read my edit. I misread it, still resolve it before you make your own service and doesn't explain why you needed me to refund something for you if you could do it yourself and are successful enough to make a service.

Was never able to get my PayPal unlimited , there's $153.58 just chillin in there im on backup PayPal.
