We're talking now. I still don't know what's wrong and has been, Goods and Gift is always checked before I send, and the fee always say $0.00 but when it's been sent there is one.

It keeps trying to grab the tag that you want. Once the gamertag is available it grabs it in milliseconds. Many people will use this to turbo someone's gamertag when they know they are swapping it.

Type or load the list of tags to check and its checks to see what ones are available.
