I don't find god/jesus or anything logical, this is not saying I believe in the big-bang I just really don't know what made 'us' but I'm pretty sure it's not a ghost-thingy.

Nope.

I'm not religious and have no views on it at all. Some people hate on me because of this. I simply do not care about it, that's all.

I'm Muslim,I respect every other religion and I do not try to push my religion on to another human being it's there own desiscion. Everybody is my friend if they are nice to me I respect them back.

I like you, I hate the people at my school. They were like "You stupid atheist thinking there be no god, you must become %therereligionhere%"

Oh yeah, I forgot to add that I have no disrespect for any religion either.

I like you to OP,and those people you speak of are 12 year olds who dont understand anything about life.

Because religion to me is a bunch of bullshit. If you really think about it, it makes no sense with all the things science has proven and such.
Depends on what they are doing. But most of the time I will get into a debate with them because I love religious debate.

Was Atheist for about most of my life, began to believe in miracles, and started to debate with Christianity instead of against it.

I'll do so with a smile, and keep it rolling.

I was raised to believe in whatever I wanted to and to never allow someone to manipulate me.

So, growing up, I spent a lot of time thinking about religion and what I thought about it.

IMO, religion is nonsense. Now, what I mean by that is, how can people go around believing we are being watched constantly by someone and what we do in our life will affect us after we die?

Don't get me wrong, I don't put down people who believe in God, or whatever their religion may entail. Believing in religion is how some people make it through the day. Now matter how depressed they may get or whatever, they know they are loved by "God". I only get mad when it is being forced down my throat which is when I go into rage mode and tear them a new asshole.

Now, to be completely honest, I think religion was created to install morals/law. Think about how many people are religious (not as condense nowadays, but it was for a LONG time). All those people believing in their religion kept them under control. Believing if you were to kill someone, you would burn in "Hell", or if you were to steal you would burn in "hell". It allowed people to stay under control and gave people "rules" to follow by... which is now our laws.

People also forget how large the revenue is when it comes to religion which I could sit here and go on for days about.

So, I don't believe in anything other then the fact that you should live YOUR life the way YOU want to.

What religion are you? Im Christian(sorta)
Why? Because what hurt is it to believe in something. What does it hurt to believe that there is some greater power then humans and all animal beings that someday you will spend all of eternity with in this great place. But if someone calls me stupid for believing in god i dont yell at them for it or anything i just respond with "thats cool thats how you feel" and if someone tells me my beliefs are wrong. I ask them what proof do they have, what makes your beliefs diffrent then mine and dont go into a huge argument if i can avoid it

Yes i do question if there is something up there sometimes but i dont see any pain in hoping and believing a little bit that there is something up there. Now do i go to church, on rare situations i do but not every Sunday like some of my friends

I find this INCREDIBLY offensive.
I have very close friends who grew up Jewish and went to the same school as me. He had grandparents that are dead because of the gas chambers and you can have the audacity to say "Gas Chambers FTW?".

This post hurt me and destroyed your integrity in my eyes.
Maybe one day you will be able to empathize for a people that have been hated on for thousands of years, and went through a period of 6 years where 6 million people were murdered.

Additionally, not to mention the recent killings of a family which happened this past Saturday night.

However, to stay on topic:

My Religion: Christian
Why: I was born Christian

I dont have any proofs for my religion but I believe in having faith and having a leap of faith for Christianity is what is kind of expected.

I'm lutheran.


It's pretty much just how I was raised. I strongly believe in God and respect all other religions as I do my own.

If I was questioned my beliefs I would ignore the person; there's no sense getting into an argument about it. You believe in what you believe and I believe in what I believe, mind your own business about it and leave it alone.

I tell them why I chose to become and Atheist and what I don't like about their relgion,ect. I don't judge people based on their religion though, I know many good people in many religions.

Why? I started to go to a church with an old girlfriend, I eventually grew closer to the church and God himself. I was at church camp one year and I was in a pretty powerful worship service and I felt the spirit within me, Telling me what I should do. I tried to ignore it like i would a mosquito and it didn't work. I just couldn't stop thinking about it. While with my youth minister I spoke to him about how I felt and Accepted God into my life.

I am normally a peaceful person and I do not enjoy arguing with others, I do respect other peoples belief and I am not to keen on telling others that their religion is wrong when I know how it feels to be part of the most humiliated religion in existence.

I am agnostic, and because it is the only religion you can prove.

It is impossible to prove my religion wrong.

I believe in a god that doesn't expect me to sit on a hard ass wood bench every sunday and listen to some asshole tell me I'm going to hell, force my beliefs on to other people, and that wants me to be happy and live my life.
